I'm a behavioural Optometrist specializing in pediatric eye care. With advanced training in binocular vision, functional prescribing, and vision therapy, I’ve spent years helping children with vision-related learning challenges to achieve their full potential.  I understand the challenges primary care Optometrists face in handling vision issues in young children, so this course is designed to give you the confidence and practical skills to excel in infant and pediatric eye exams. Join me on this learning journey to elevate your skills and make a positive impact on the functional vision of children in your practice!

Why I Created This Course?

Pediatric eye care is often overlooked in our profession, leaving many Optometrists feeling unprepared for infant exams, binocular vision testing, and prescribing lenses. I know this because I felt the same way early in my career, unsure of the best approach. I didn’t want to just “check for glasses” and move on—I wanted to truly help these kids see and function better. Through years of training, I developed a structured, practical approach to pediatric exams that makes them efficient, insightful, and rewarding. This course distills everything I’ve learned, so you can gain confidence in pediatric care without years of trial and error.
